We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. We chose this carrier due to the quality of their service, ability to track and trace your packages and guarantee a speedy arrival no matter where you choose for it to be delivered.

 

We aim to pack all orders and ship them the next working day. In the very rare occasion that this isn’t the case we’ll try to let you know via the email address given when placing your order.

 

We ship our orders Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on your selection at checkout. This means that Royal Mail will try their best to deliver the parcel within 24 hours or 48 hours of collecting it from our Making Space. You’ll also receive tracking information and SMS updates if you provide your phone number.

 

We provide free shipping for all UK orders over £50.

International Shipping

We can ship our products worldwide. The charge for this service is a flat rate of £10. We use Royal Mail International Tracked for this service. This services aims to deliver within the following time frames

  • Europe within 3-5 Days
  • Worldwide 5-7 Days

 

Shipping Fees

1. The shipping fee will be:


(a) GBP £5 for an entire subtotal per order for orders within UK when Royal Mail 24 is selected.

(b) GBP £3.50 for an entire subtotal per order for orders within UK when Royal Mail 48 is selected.

(c) GBP £2 for an order that only includes a gift card purchase.

(d) GBP £10 for an entire subtotal per order to anywhere outside of the UK.

Delivery

1. ESCLUSSO will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch an order within 1 working day (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.

Orders

1. To submit an order for Products you must:
(a) complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital basket on our site.
(b) enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card details.
2. ESCLUSSO reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
3. Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and on ESCLUSSO. The status of your order will be emailed to you, if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

Refund And Returns

1. Only products purchased on the www.esclusso.com website can be returned to ESCLUSSO for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, stockist or our own physical store must be returned to their original place of purchase.
2. Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to ESCLUSSO. This shipping charge of GBP £5 will be payable.
3. Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, ESCLUSSO will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
4. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for ESCLUSSO to process any refund or exchange. Please email customercare@esclusso.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
5. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by ESCLUSSO. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
6. We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
