We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. We chose this carrier due to the quality of their service, ability to track and trace your packages and guarantee a speedy arrival no matter where you choose for it to be delivered.

International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide. We use Royal Mail, FedEX, UPS, Evri, or other International Couriers for this service. This service aims to deliver within the following time frames. Duties and Customs may Apply and are responsibility of the customer.
- Europe within 3-5 Days
- Worldwide 5-7 Days
Dispatch Time
We are a small studio, making limited edition items often made to order and we will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch an order within 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. If yopu have urgent order plese get in touch to see if this can be accomodated.
Refunds & Returns
- Only products purchased on the www.esclusso.com website can be returned to ESCLUSSO for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, stockist or our pop up physical store must be returned to their original place of purchase.
- Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to ESCLUSSO.
- Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, ESCLUSSO will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
- In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for ESCLUSSO to process any refund or exchange. Please email studio@esclusso.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.
- Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by ESCLUSSO. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
- We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
