REFUNDS & RETURNS
Online Purchases
Only products purchased through www.esclusso.com may be returned to ESCLUSSO. Items purchased through a department store, stockist, or physical pop-up location must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Ordering Errors
If you have made an error when placing your order, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the correct item. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original saleable condition. Shipping and any additional postage costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
