In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, the internal packaging, and the outer shipping box.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Online purchases
Only pieces bought on www.esclusso.com may be returned to ESCLUSSO. Pieces bought from a department store, stockist or pop-up must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email studio@esclusso.com to let us know, then return the piece within 14 days of telling us. Pieces must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned. We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is paid by you. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are not covered, as they are made to your specification.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong piece, we will gladly exchange it for the one you intended. Please ask within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Postage for the return and for sending the replacement is paid by you.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the piece, the inner packaging and the outer box. Return postage is refunded for verified cases.
Before you send anything back
Please email studio@esclusso.com before returning any piece, and keep your proof of postage until we confirm it has arrived. A valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
